Andrea has worked in the IT industry in sales and sales management for longer than she cares to admit. From heading up a UK consulting services sales team generating a $100m revenue stream to trebling the revenues of an IT organisation enabling the sale of the business, Andrea’s experience covers it all. Her success has been achieved through hard work coupled with development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies which incorporate measurable and repeatable processes. Andrea strongly believes that “what doesn’t get measured doesn’t get done”. The most important contributor has been Andrea’s ability to hire and retain top performers through her design and development of our process designed to recruit and retain top performers.

Jamie has admitted to 20 years experience in IT, predominantly within software houses. Of that, he has amassed some 10+ years in business development, marketing and commercial and contractual management for international organisations. Through his business development roles, Jamie has gained significant merger and acquisition experience, acquiring and integrating three companies adding millions per annum to the company’s revenue stream. 

Jamie possesses a strong commercial and contractual understanding together with the ability to develop and maintain successful business partnerships and relationships with organisations at all levels.
